Refinance Rates Move Lower for a Second Day - Jan. 16, 2025

After reaching their highest level since July earlier in the week, 30-year refinance rates lowered an additional 10 points Wednesday, bringing the average to 7.19%. In September, the 30-year refinance average sank to a two-year low of 6.01%
